ROBBERY OF CROWN JEWELS.
COMMISSION OF ENQUIRY AT DUBLIN. "Received January 12, 4.42 p.m. LONDON, January 11. The sitting of the Dublin commission of enquiry relating to the theft of Crown jt-wels from. Dublin Castle in July last, revealed that the Government in October informed Sir Arthur Vicars that it had been decided to reconstitute the office of the Ulster King-at-Arms and remove him from the post. . Sir Arthur Vicars "withdrew from the commission room with his legal advisers, because the enquiry was private, and he demanded a full and public judicial inquiry.
