Authurities in Dunedin declare that there is not much prospect of flour or bread being any cheaper for the next nine months. THE PRBMriSK SEPARATOR, The new principle covered by the "Baltic" patents is rapidly establishing this machine as the Premier Cream Separator. The split wing system has been discarded, and a special and very simple arrangement feeds the whole milk to the separating plains without disturbing the cream layer. Results achieved in actual practice with the "Baltic" , have astonished practical factory-men, and the really marvellous capacity and clean skimming have exceeded anything hitherto known. Practical proof will he given on application to J. H. MacEwau and Co., Ltd., U.S.S. Co.'s Buildings, Wellington.
