CANADA AND JAPAN.
PROHIBITING JAPANESE IMMIGRATION. Received January 11, 12.19 a.m. LONDON. January 10. The "Standard's" Ottawa correspondent reports that the Canadian Cabinet has sanctioned regulations prohibiting all Japanese immigrants entering Canada except they come direct from Japan.
