Sir Joseph Ward states that the revenue for the nine months ended December 31st, 1907, amounted to £6,307,100, as compared with £5,826,000 for the corresponding period of the previous year, che increase being* £484,000.. "The inc-ease" says the Premiei', "is exceedingly satisfactory, and indicates that the remarkable buoyancy in the revenue that has existed for so long a period still continues.
