HERR HARDEN'S JUDGES.
THEIR REWARD. ' Received January 8, 9.10 a.m. BERLIN, January 7. Judge Kerr, who presided in Herr Harden's first trial for libelling Count von Moltke, has beer, transferred from the Bench to another department of the Ministry of Justice. Judge Schmidt, president at the trial when Harden was acquitted on a charge of "lese majeste," was similarly removed a fsw years ago.
