Alleged Breach of the Gaming Act.
GREYTOWN, January 7. The first case under the Gaming Act will be heard at Martinborough on January 14th. The Lower Valley Jockey Club had the results and dividends of the first day's events printed on the race cards for the second day, but -the purchaser of, the privileges sold the cards at other places than" the course. An information has been j laid against the "Greytown Standard," as printer of the cards, though the Club was the publisher.
