MR M'ARTHUR., M.P. LONDON, January 3. Mr W. A. M'Arthur, M.P., has resigned. (The firm of W. and A. M'Arthur and Company recently went into liquidation. Mr W. A. M'Arthur, Liberal M.P., one of the firm, was born in Sydney in 1857, but has resided in England for a number of years. From 1&92 to 1895, he w-,as a junior Lord of the Treasury).
