LONDON AND PROVINCIAL MOVEMENTS. Received January 3, 8.40 a.m. LONDON, January 2. The executive of the Independent Labour Party has failed to devise a scheme for bringing the metropolitan Labour organisations together into a Labour party, owing to the serious differences between the positions of the Labour movement in London and the provinces.
