ARBITRATION COURT AWARD IGNORED. Received January 3, 9.32 a.m. I SYDNEY, January 3. The wharf-labourers at Newcastle, disregarding an Arbitration Court award, have struck for higher wages. A number of vessels are delayed in consequence.
