TO BE IMMEDIATELY BUILT. Received January 2, 9.16 p.m. LONDON, January 2. ■ The "Daily Telegraph" states that the building of the Dreadnought Collingwood will shortly be commenced at Devonport. The Vickers-Maxim Company have contracted for another Dreadnought, the hull and machinery of which will cost £628,000.
