THE GERMAN SCANDALS.
HERR HARbEN'S CHARGE. * WHAT THE PROSECUTION DEMANDS. Received January 1, 9.49 a.m. BERLIN, December 31. Herr Isenbill, on behalf of the prosecution, claims that Herr Harden fhas not presented a shred o* evidence against Count von Moltke's honour. The trial also demonstrated baselessness of the evidence against Prince Eulenberg. While admitting that Herr Harden thought he was serving the public interest he really had done immeasurable harm to the country. He demanded a sentence of four months' itrprisonment, the public retraction of his statements and the paying of the costs of both trials.
