THE GERMAN SCANDALS.

HERR HARbEN'S CHARGE. * WHAT THE PROSECUTION DEMANDS. Received January 1, 9.49 a.m. BERLIN, December 31. Herr Isenbill, on behalf of the prosecution, claims that Herr Harden fhas not presented a shred o* evidence against Count von Moltke's honour. The trial also demonstrated baselessness of the evidence against Prince Eulenberg. He demanded a sentence of four months' itrprisonment, the public retraction of his statements and the paying of the costs of both trials.
