CHINESE STUDENTS.
FORBIDDEN TO INTERFERE IN STATE AFFAIRS. Received December 27, 9.26 p.m. PEKIN, December 27. Owing to an active political agitation on the part of students returning from Japan, the Chinese Government threatens to punish teachers of provincial schools if they permit students to interfere in affairs of the State. The Government also threatens to expel unruly students.
