FOOTBALL.

Australian football during next year is to be marked by a series of matches for the Australasian championship. It is proposed that all the States and New Zealand compete. New Zealand is set down to play New South Wales on August 19th, Victoria on August 22nd, Queensland on August 25th, Tasmania on August 27th in the first round. All the matches will be played here.
