The press are to be excluded, but they will be furnished with copies of the evidence. The "Natal Times" urges that the tribunal should include Transvaal and Cape judges, who would be impartial. POWERFUL CHIEF ARRESTED. Received December 23, 10.20 p.m. DURBAN, December 23. Moboko, a powerful chief, who married Dir.izulu's sister, has been arrested at Lowsberg on suspicion of disloyalty.
