CHARGE OF BLACKMAIL.
THE EXTRADITION OF VELTHEIM.
LONDON, December 20,
The Daily Mail states that the extradition of Frank von Veltheim, who shot Woolf Joel dead in Johannesburg, in 1898, and who was arrested in Paris on a charge of attempting to blackmail the dead man's brother, Mr Solly Joel, of London, has been granted.
