Gear Meat Company.
DIVIDEND AND BONUS. WELLINGTON, December 20. The annual meeting of the Gear Meat Company was held to-night. The directors' report was adopted recommeding; a dividend of 10 per cent, (less interim dividend of 4 per cent, paid in June); also a bonus of 2h per cent, on paid-up capital out of insurance fund., Messrs 11. Beauchamp, N. Reicl, and Dr Newman were reelected to the directorate.
