NEW SOUTH WALES LIQUOR ACT AMENDMENT. Received December 20, 10.12 a.m. SYDNEY, December 20. Both houses finally passed the Liquor Act Amendment Bill. THE FEDERAL CAPITAL SITE. Received December 20, 10.12 a.m. SYDNEY, December 20. Mr Wade, Premier of New South Wales, tabled the correspondence that had passed between the Federal and State Governments regarding the capital site. In the course of the correspondence Mr Wade attacks Mr Deakin, Federal Prime Minister, for a deliberate eva-1 sion of the matter, and declares that ** it was evidently useless to carry the correspondence any further. The State must, at the proper time, take all tne necessary steps to assert its rights. It was not a matter of concession. ;
