PENALTIES. The following penalties shall bo carried by tli winner of any race after declaration of weights:— Of the value of 50 sovs, Gib; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 sovs, 81b; 150 sovs, 101b; !!00 sovs. and over, 111b, provided that any horse handicaped at Sst 101b and over will only carry half these penalties.
