•TO REPORT ON PORT OF MELBOURNE. WELLINGTON, December 19. The Wellington Harbour Board has acceded to the request of the Victorian Government that Mr W. Ferguson, the Board's Engineer, should be allowed to go over to Melbourne and report to the Victorian Government on a scheme for the improvement of the Port of Melbourne.
