SHAH 'AND PARLIAMENT

TEHERAN, December 18,

A thousand roughs joined the reactionaries at Teheran, and committed several murders. Ten thousand Nationalists erected barricades round Parliament Buildings.

The Shah sent two couriers suggesting an adjustment of Parliament's repiy to demands for the exile of two reactionary ringleaders.
