Flat Races.—-The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 10tb, and of every additional race a further penalty of Gib. Horses handicadpod at Bst 10lb or over, to carry only half the above penalties. Hurdle Races. —The winner of any hurdle Race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlbs in the hurdle races and for every additional race a further penalty of 711 is. (Approved.—A.
