OTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Couucil, at a meeting to be held on the 14th January, 1008, to confirm the following resolution, passed by way of Special Order, at a Special Meeting held on the 10th December, 1907: — (1) Authorising the raising of a loan of <£l,ooo under "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1001," and its amendments, for -metalling on the Alfredton-Weber Road., (2) Striking a Special Rate to meet interest and other charges on the said loan.
