An Habitual Drunkard.
INVERCARGILL, December 18. William Kerwan, with a long list of previous convictions, was, to-day, adjudged an habitual drunkard under the Act of 1906, and committed to the Salvation Army inebriate institution at Pakatoa, Hauraki Gulf.
