A SULTAN'S JEWELS.
IN PAWN. Received December 18, 8.20 a.m. PARIS, December 17. The- State Pawnbroking,Administration in Paris has advanced Abdul Aziz, Sultan of Morocco, a million and a quarter francs on his jewels. (Early in October the Sultan sent Tazzi, his Finance Minister, to Paris, Yvitfi the object of pawning the Royal jewels.)
