GERMAN NAVY LEAGUE.
WIDE DISSATISFACTION. Received December 17, 9.58 a.m. BERLIN, December 16. Tho Prince of Thurn and Taxis has resigned from the German Navy League. Many resignations have also been received in Berlin. The Bavarian section of the Navy League has seceded in sympathy with Prince Ruperc. (Prince Rupert, a son of Prince Ludwig, Regent of Bavaria, resigned from membership of the German Navy League, as a protest against the league's persistent agitation against foreign powers.)
