RULES AND CONDITIONS. Cycling events run under League of New Zealand Wheelman's Rules. Licenses may be obtained from T. \V. Lovcjoy, Pulmerston North, or from the Secretary. , Other events run under rules of New Zealand Athletic Union. Permits may be obtained from Mr C- A Tabuteau, Masterton, or from the Secretary. The points prizes of .£2 and .£1 will be awarded to the gainer of first and second highest number of points during the day.
