PROSPECTUS ADVERSELY CRITICISED. Received December 13, 8.35 a.m LONDON, December 12. The "Financial News" criticises adversely the prospectus of the United Goldfields of New Zealand Company, with a proposed capital of £150,000. According to the prospectus it is the intention to raise the capital later to £300.000.
