AVAILABLE LANDS FOR FARMERS.

NINE GOOD BLOCKS AT MARTINBOROUGH. Great interest is being taken in the sale of the Riversdale estate, Martinborough, which is announced to take place at Masterton on January 11th next, and the auctioneers, Messrs Levin and Co., Ltd., have been busily engaged supplying information to probable purchasers. The land right through the Martinborough district has an agricultural and pastoral reputation of the highest order, and successful settlement has led to a constant demand for land in this district. Further evidence of the prosperity of the district is to be seen in the progress of the Maryborough township, which has advanced at a remarkable rate during the past few years. Values are steadily hardening, and those who purchase now will have the satisfaction of settling in a solidly advancing pastoral district. The Riverside estate consists of 2,380 acres, and is divided into nine good sections, varying in size from 117 acres to 719 acres. It is situated on the bank of the Ruamahanga river, only two milea from Martinborough. Every section is Well watered, and substantially fenced. There are 100 acres of good milling bush on the homestead section. Lithographic plans and full particulars can be obtained on application to Messrs Lav in and Co., Ltd.
