THE VLADIVOSTOCK MUTINY.
DEATH SENTENCES. Received December 10, 8.53 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Dec. 9. Twenty-one sailors at Vladivostock were sentenced to death, and twenty-four to penal servitude, for being concerned in the recent mutiny.
