LABOUR TROUBLES ANTICIPATED. Received December 8, 4.54 p.m. LONDON, December 7. The Hamburg correspondent of the "Daily Mail" reports that 200,000 workers have returned to Europe from the United States, and nearly 100,000 artisans, who intended to pro' ceed to America, have decided to remain in Europe. It expected tha 4 ; this great influx will result in labour difficulties.
