MASTERTON CLUB. The following are the drawings and handicaps for the Ladies' Handicap Singles competition, which is to be played on the Masterton Club's courts before Christmas: — First round —Mrs Henry owes 3-6 of 15 v. Miss Carr rec 15 and 3-6, Mrs Graham scratch v. Miss Wolff rec 30. Second round—Miss M. H. Payton owes 30 v. Miss Williams rec 15 and 3-6, Miss Whit;combe rec 3—6 of 15 v. Miss Payton rec 15, Miss Holmes rec 15 bye, Mrs A. Caselberg rec 3-6 of 15 bye. The first round is to be completed by Thursday, December 12th, and the second round by the 18th inst. Players in the Men's Handicap Singles competition are reminded that this afternoon is the time limit fixed for the completion of the second round, and further that the match committee will strictly adhere to the date.
