A HALT IN THE EXODUS TO AUSTRALIA. Received December 3, 10.52 p.m. LONDON, December 3. The Times' Capetown correspondent mentions that there is a halt in the tendency to emigrate to Australia. Returning workmen declare that they prefer their chances in South Africa.
