In the City-Grafton match, the former team closed their innings with 6 wickets down for 3SO, and Grafton replied with 190 runs (Audinwood 53 not out, Clayton 25). Following on, they made 130 runs for three wickets (Clayton 53 not out, Graham 33). City won on the first innings by 187 runs. North Shore closed their innings with 8 wickets down for 290 runs, and Parnell could only respond with l'J6 runs, and following on lost four wickets for 90 runs. North Shore won on the first innings by 184 runs. Eden had an easy win over Ponsonby by an innings and 71 rui s Ponsonby were all out in. the first innings for 110 runs, and Eden lo?t two wickets for 287 runs (Elliutt 106 not out, Relf 85 not out). Ponsonby in their second innings made 106 for eight wickets, two players being absent.
