CATTLE DRIVING. PROSECUTION OP IRISH M's.P. URGED. SUGGESTED APPLICATION OF CRIMES ACT. | Received December 1, 4.15 p.m. LONDON, November 30. The Times urges the prosecution of Irish members of Parliament for initiating cattle driving. Even if the prosecutions failed, says The Times, the Imperial Parliament would appreciate the significance of the prosecution. The Right Hon. W. H. Long, member for Dublin, appeals to the British electorates to insist on the application of the Crimes Act to cases of cattle driving. «J»R. R. Cherry, Attorney-General ireland, speaking at Dublin, stated that the Government were giving trials by jury in Ireland the best possible chance.
