ESCAPED CONVICTS.
TERRORISE INHABITANTS IN BRITISH GUIANA. •Received November 29, 8.40 a.m. GEORGETOWN, November 28. Eight convicts from Devil's Island, the French penal settlement, arrived in a boat at British Guiana, wjhere they terrorised the inhabitants. Eventually they were arrested, and handed over to the French 1 authorities.
