PENALTIES. The following penalties shall be carried by the winner of any race after declaration of weights:— Of the value of 50 sovs, Gib; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 sovs, 81b; 150 sovs, 101b; 300 sovs. and over, 141b, provided that any horso handicaped at Bst 101b and over will only carry half these penalties. This rule does not apply to Welter and Hurdle Races. Hurdle and Walter Races, The winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b; two or more races 171b. 11.
