GERMANISING BY EXPROPRIATION. BISMARCKIAN POLICY PURSUED. 1 Received November 27, 9 16 p.m. BERLIN, November 27. In the Reichstag Prince von Bulow introduced the Russian Diet Bill, asking a credit of seventeen and a'half million sterling for the purpose of further Germanising the Polish province by expropriating the land of Polish owners. Frince von Bulow declared that there was no hope of the Government abandoning the policy which the late Prince Bismarck had initiated. The Poles and Centre Party strongly opposed the bill.
