Yesterday the New Zealand football team played a team from the Oldham Club. /.The match was played under unfavourable weather conditions, rain and snow falling during the whole of the game. The game was stubbornly contssted. Oldham led right through till near the call of time, when the visitors scored a goal and equalised matters. xhe final scores were— New Zealand ... 8 Oldham ... 8 New Zealand scored a try and two goals, one of which wasj a penalty goal counting 3 points. Oldham scored two tries and one goal.
