INDIGENT PERSONS ENTERING CANADA. A SERIOUS PROBLEM. Received November 24, 4.22 p.m. OTTAWA, November 23. Hundreds of penniless unemployed f-om the United States are entering Canada. Only those physically and mentally unfit can be rejected. The problem of dealhg with the indigent is a serious one. The number of unemployed is in excess of 1906.
