A QUESTION OF ABDICATION. CROWN PRINCE BANISHED. Received November 24, 4.42 p.m. LONDON, November 23. The Madrid correspondent of th& London Daily Express asserts that King Carlos has banished the Crown Prince of Portugal for remonstrating against the inadvisableness of continuing a practical dictatorship, which i? turning Portugal into a hotbed for republicans and anarchists and endangering the dynasty. The Prince is under the influence of a party desiring King Carlos to abdicate in his son's favour. ,-- mm ».
