ANTWERP. JiY TKU-.GK.U'II —I'KHsS ASSOCIATION. Received November 22, 8.25 a.m. LONDON, November 21. The Antwerp wool sales opened slow. Three thousand t w o hundred sixty-three bales were offered, mostly odd lots, and 864 sold. Merinos declined by 10 per cent., and cmssbreds by 15 ptv cent. CHRISTCHURCH, November 21.

At the first annual wool sale of this season's series the wool was not nearly so bright as last season's clip, but was much lighter in grease. The catalogues were made up chiefly of small farmers' clips, with a few larger ones. The sale was a dull one, there being very little competition, except for a few of the best lots of half-bred, and a large proportion of the lots were passed in. R.C.H. half-bred reached only 12Jd, as against 14.fd last year, and Cashmere half-bred was passed in at 1] 16, and was sold last year at 14£ d. Details: —Merino 9|d to 10id; superior halfbred. 12d to 13d; medium half bred, lOdto Hid; inferior halfbred, 7fd to 9fd; superior threequarter-bred, lOd to lOfd: medium threequarterbred, BJd to9|d; inferior threequarter bred 7d to 8d; Superior crossbred, lOd to 10fd; medium crossbred, Sjd to 9fd; inferior crossbred, GAd to 8d; long wool, BJd to 9d; best halfbred pieces, 8d to lOgd; second halfbred pieces. sjklto7kl; crossbred,pieces, 5d to B|d; locks, 3d to sd.
