The New Zealand football tsam played the thirteenth match of their, tour to-day, when they met the Leigh (Lancashire) thirteen, at Leigh, and were beaten by three goals and three tries to three goals and one try. The visitors found that they had a bard nut to crack, the homesters more than holding their own throughout the game. At half-time, Leigh led by seven points to four (tip goals), and, playing in winning*vein, held a big advantage until* the last minute, when the New Zealanders scored a try, which was converted, the game ending : Leigh ••• 15 New Zealand ... 9
