Timaru Handicap Probable 1, Ivanoff 2, Heroism 3. The Libyan also started. Won easily by a length •and a-quartcr. Dividend. £3 12s. President's Welter—Hilarity 1, Kosebloom 2, Grosvenov 3. Scratched—Grandstand. Won by half a length. Dividends, £4 8s and £1 10s. Hack Race— Spinning Flight 1, Master Leslie 2, Lioness 3. Scratch- -■ ed—Beckwell. Won by a head. Dividends, £3 8s and £1 13s. Flying Handicap—Replete 1, Ard Reigh 2, Grandstand 3. Scratched Persuader, Tessera and Tekaro. Won by a length. Dividand, £4 Bs.
