Acceptances for the first day's events will close with the Secretary, at the office of the Club, Bulls, on Wkdnesday, 18th December, 1907, at 9p m„ and for the second day's events at the same place at 9 o'clock on the evening of the First Day. PENALTIES. The following penalties shall bo carried by the winner ol any race after declaration of weights:— Of the value ol' 50 sovs, Bib; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 sovs,. 81b; IGU sovs, 101b; 300 sovs. and over, It!b, provided that any horse handicaped at Sst 101b and over will only carry half these penalties.
