IMPORTANT LAND SALE.
THE RIVERSIDE ESTATE. A subdivisional sale, of importance to farmers desirous of securing good dairying agricultural, or pastoral land, is advertised by Messrs Levin and Co., Ltd., on page 8 of this morning's issue. The property to be sold is Mr Frank Wall's wellknown Riverside Estate, at Martinborough. The estate, which is situated on the bank of the Ruamahanga river, two miles frofti Martinborough, consists of 2,380 acres, subdivided into nine sections of from 117 to 719 acres. Practically the whole of the land is ploughable, and every section is well watered and substantially fenced. On the homestead section there are 300 acres of good milling bush, made up of totara, rimu and white pine. The sale is announced to take place on Saturday, January 11th, at 2 o'clock, in the Foresters' Hall, Masterton. Lithographic plans and full particulars can be obtained from the auctioneers.
