Minneapolis is rushing export flour to the seaboard by special trains in order to break the currency famine. Southern cotton is being similarly treated. The Governor of California has convened an extra session of State Legislature owing to the acuteness of the financil situation. PARIS AND BERLIN BOURSES WEAK.
