The following penalties shall be carried by the winner of any race after declaration of weights:— Of the value of 50 sovs, Gib; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 sovs, 81b; 150 sovs, 101b; 300 sovs. and over, Mil), provided that any horse hnndicaped at Bst 101b and over will only carry half these penalties.
