The following penalties shall be carried by the winner of any race after declaration of weights:— Of the value of GO sovs, (51b; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 sovs, 81b; 150 sovs, 101b; 300 sovs. and over, Mlb, provided that any horse handicaped at B;it 101b and over will only carry half these penalties.
