CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY COMPANIES BILL .
By Telegraph—Parliamentary Correspondent. i WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The Hen. R. McNab, in moving the second reading of the Co-opera-tive Dairy Companies Bill, explained that provision was made under the Bill for companies to purchase surrendered shares and re-issue" them. The bill, he added, had been asked for by shareholders, suppliers and directors of companies. The second reading was agreed to on the voices.
