THE DRUCE CASE.
A NEW COMPANY FORMED. A MIXED-UP AFFAIR. Received November 12, 10.10 p.m. LONDON, November 12. A new Druce-Portland Company, with a capital of £25,000, has been formed. The company is issuing shares to the amount of £20,000. It will acquire the rights of John Sheridan under the agreements with George Hollamby Druce. T. K. V. Coburn Sheridan claims ip per cent, of any proceeds accruing by Hollamby Drucs from the Dukedom of Portland and the Howard de Walden estates. Hollamby Druce warns the public that he has disposed of the whole of his rights to G. H. Druce, Limited. The Druce-Portland Company warns the newspapers circulating Druce's warning "that the statements are libellous. The prospectus suggests that Sheridan's interest is worth £1,600,000.
